We view our development as a community to a living, breathing
organism. As such we carry the heartbeat of God and will move forward at the gait
He establishes for us. This gait is devolped in the stages of crawl, walk, run.
This assumes progression over time that requires patience, anticipation and dreaming.
We are growing into what we will be.
